Characters: Cervio Ilbes

Cervio Ilbes hated letting punk criminals run rampant in the streets, and he wasn’t afraid to step over the line to stop it from happening. This was fine when he was patroling the lower class neighborhoods but eventually he ended up in patroling a wealthier neighborhood when he ended up seriously injuring three teenage boys.

When he was kicked out of the force, he left in a storm of anger, slamming doors and overturning desks. The local Lia Kavair boss recognized an opportunity and sent his best man to pull Cervio Ilbes into the lifestyle. It didn’t take much. Cervio Ilbes’s knowledge of police procedures and ability to enforce order have proved invaluable to the family.

As a Lia Kavair capo, Cervio Ilbes enforces order on the criminal element. He doesn’t have anything against crime, just the disorganized kind that disrupts the overall order.
