Ilvir created the Elioud after he found that the Ghidorah were too arrogant and greedy to acknowledge that he was their father. Ilvir created the Elioud from the very stones of the earth. The Elioud are loyal to Ilvir and worship him regularly.
The Elioud have only had limited contact with the Ghidorah. The Elioud consider all the Ghidorah to be ungrateful children of Ilvir.
