Ilvir created the Elioud after he found that the Ghidorah were too arrogant and greedy to acknowledge that he was their father.  The Elioud were created from the very stones of the earth by Ilvir.  The Elioud are loyal to Ilvir and worship him on a regular basis.  

The Elioud have only had limited contact with the Ghidorah .  The Elioud consider the Ghidorah to be ungrateful children of Ilvir.
